Farm fresh beef, pork & more

We offer our beef as a whole or as a half. Unlike buying beef at the grocery store, you will get to customize every cut of beef and the size of each package. 

Our beef is from jersey steers we raise on pasture. They are fed organic grain free of gmo's. 

We will help you, and walk you through the different cuts, if you've never ordered custom beef.

We raise yorkshire hogs on pasture. They are fed raw milk daily, orgqnic grain, as well as they get to graze all year. 

We offer custom cuts by the whole or half.

This means youll get to customize your cuts of pork, and have the option to order a whole hog or half a hog. 

We will gladly help you when ordering, and walk you through the different cuts of pork. 

This year we are excited to offer lamb as a whole half, or quarter.

We will help you understand the different cuts of lamb. All our lamb is custom cut, meaning you will get to choose the cuts and the amount of lamb in each package. 

We are excited to offer chevron this year. We will be offering chevron shares in wholes or halves. All cuts are custom as is the size of each package. 

We will walk you through the entire process of ordering custom cut chevon.

When we have whole rabbit available, it will be kept in our farm-store freezers.
