We've been an organic running farm. No pesticides or chemicals have been used on any of the fields in the last 4 years. .

Raw Micro Dairy:
We serve over 150 members via our raw A2A2 milk herdshares.
We raise, breed, train, and milk (AJCA Registered Cows) A2A2. We raise steers for beef.
We currently milk 6 to 10 cows, based on lactation schedules. We raise an average of 10 to 15 steers a year as (grass fed beef).
We bottle 25 gallons a day, and feed the hogs and chickens with the difference.
We make butter, kefir, and separate cream for members.
Goats:
We have 40+ goats, we raise Nigerian & Nubians. We milk the Nubians, and sell kids (baby goats).
Sheep:
We raise, breed, and sell KHSI Registered Katahdin Hair Sheep. The sheep are dual purpose. They can be milked, sheared for their hair, and Ram Lambs (are sold as lamb).
Hatchery:
We have 3 commercial cabinet incubators that each hold 650 eggs. We can hatch over 1800 chicks a month. Our brooders can hold 300 chicks at once. Chicks typically sell between $2 and $15 based on breeds.
We also raise, breed, and hatch India Blue Peacocks and Herirage Bourbon Red Turkeys. As well as Embden & Toulouse Geese, and Pekin Ducks.
Hogs:
We raise, breed, sell and grow out NSR Registered Yorkshire Hogs. One Sow (female) will provide 15 piglets twice a year. The hogs will be butcher ready in 7 to 8 months.
Hogs are sold by the whole, half, or quarter, and average 200 pounds (hanging weight) at $6/pound.
Rabbitry:
We raise, breed, and sell silver fox, lion heads, and lops. Rabbits will have a litter 2 to 3 times a year, an average litter size is 6 to 8. Rabbits sold as pets are sold for $15. We are permitted to butcher and sell rabbits, which are sold at $25 each.
We have an on-farm farm-store. We offer our dairy products, eggs, beef, pork, lamb, goat, rabbit, and poultry, and produce to our members.
The store has a commercial refrigerator and freezers.
We also sell goats milk soaps, we make ourselves.
We have 3 dedicated hay fields. We do pasture rotatation on two of the hayfields, to spread manure, and fertilize naturally and organically.
There are 30 +/- acres of hayable pastures. The fields provide enough hay for the number of livestock on the farm.
We have never fertilized with man made chemicals. Our hay and all pastures are chemical and pesticide free. We seed each year with red and white clover, alfalfa, orchard, Timothy, legumes, and rye.
Three tree stands throughout property. Lots of wildlife, deer, turkey, bear, fox, and much more.
The woods of the property back into the Jefferson National Forest.
Plenty of private hunting with access to public hunting lands.
