Only members of our Farm Food Club a Private Membership Association may participate in our Food Club. In order to become a member you must pay a $5.00 yearly membership (per family) and sign our PMA Farm Food Club Agreement.
This simply protects you (the private member) and us the private club from government overreach.

Half Box of Lamb
A half of Lamb will provide approximately 25 pounds of lamb.
You will get to customize the cuts, here is an example of cuts:
- 1 shoulder (roast, chops, stew)
- 2 shanks (roast, stew, or chops)
- 1 rack of lamb
- 1 Lamb sirloin (roast, chops, stew)
- 5-6 lbs of ground lamb
- 1 Leg of Lamb (roast)
Our sheep are raised on pasture, we do not vaccinate the floc
A half of Lamb will provide approximately 25 pounds of lamb.

A half box of lamb costs $390, with a $150 deposit to reserve your quarter. We will go over your custom order with you. Lamb will be ready for pick up in 5 to 6 weeks.

All lamb is custom cut, vacuum sealed, and frozen by our butcher. Below, we have provided our custom cut order form, if you have previously ordered a quarter, half, or whole, and know what cuts you desire.
