Orpington Chickens, in general, are big, round, fluffy chickens and could arguably be the softest of all the breeds. Combine that soft fluffiness with a shimmering lavender-gray color, and Lavender Orpingtons are chickens to behold!

Lavender Orpingtons have pretty, single red combs, which are set off beautifully against the lavender feathering, which is usually a bit darker on the head. These would look especially striking combined with Buff Orpingtons - creating a flock of silver and gold big fluffy birds.
Lavender Orpingtons have lots of feathers - the fluffiness makes them seem to have extra feathers, especially on the thighs. They are cold hardy and sound chickens.

The Plymouth Rock is an American breed of domestic chicken. It was first seen in Massachusetts in the nineteenth century, and for much of the early twentieth century was the most widely kept chicken breed in the United States. It is a dual-purpose chicken, raised both for its meat and for its brown eggs.

The ISA Brown is a crossbreed of chicken, with sex-linked coloration. It is thought to have been the result of a complex series of crosses including but not limited to Rhode Island Reds and Rhode Island Whites, and contains genes from a wide range of breeds, the list of which is a closely guarded secret.
Cinnamon Queens are a cross of a Rhode Island Red male and the Rhode Island White female. They are also sexable upon hatching. If you live in an area that does not allow roosters, you need to know the sex of your chicks right away. Female Cinnamon Queen chicks are reddish-brown and male chicks are white.
These birds look like Light Brahmas, without the feathering on their feet. They're great dual purpose birds.
Barnevelder hens lay 150-200 medium to large brown eggs a year. This is much fewer eggs than a layer breed, such as Leghorns or Anconas, will give you, but is a respectable number for a dual-purpose breed. Barnevelder egg color can vary from light brown to very dark brown. Some are even cream-colored.
Easter Eggers are basically a mixed chick from a blue or green egg. Our Easter Egger layers are a Buff Orpington crossed with our Light Brahmas.
Olive Eggers are a mixed breed that come from olive colored eggs, carrying the olive egg laying gene.
