The sale of raw milk and raw milk products are allowed by farms who have been licensed and approved by the state to sell raw milk as R4C (raw for consumers). 

All containers with raw milk are required to be labeled with the following statement. "Raw milk: not pasteurized and may contain organisms injurious to your health."

If we started a dairy in Arizona, we wouldn't form a PMA and simply get licensed as a dairy. Arizona, seems to be very friendly towards raw milk producers. 

This state has a very straightforward application to register your farm as a raw milk producer. Apply, attach a copy of your label(s) for each product, and that's it.
